We are seeking to add the right person to our team as Director of Human Resources. The right candidate will have success in this role if you are creative and results-oriented. This position guides and manages the overall provision of Human Resources' services, policies, and programs for the entire company. In this position, you will have flexibility in your work schedule with opportunities to telework. The right person will meet the following criteria:
- Master’s degree in Human Resources; or Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Human Services with seven (7) years of Human Resources Management experience; or PHR/SPHR certified.
- 5+ years of successful experience in a Human Resources related role.
- Experience with benefits management, policy development, and recruitment.
- Understanding of and experience supporting a non-profit organization.
- A track record of performance excellence, meeting targets, and objectives.
- The ability to articulate a vision and strategy in a way that inspires and motivates a team and focuses their energy on achieving goals.
- The ability to manage multiple, complex projects within demanding timeframes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
