FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST

Description
EPIC’s Front Desk Receptionist represents the first point of contact at our headquarters. He/She must be presentable and friendly, with outstanding people’s skills. He/She performs essential front desk administrative duties including answering phone calls, greeting clients, and overseeing the office budget.
Some essential duties include:
- Greet guests and provide them with superb customer service.
- Ensure the front desk is neat, presentable, and equipped with all the necessary supplies such as pens, forms, and paper.
- Answer all client questions and incoming calls.
- Redirect phone calls to the appropriate department and take down messages.
- Accept all letters and packages and distribute them to their appropriate departments.
- Monitor organize and forward emails, faxes, and messages.
- Track and order office equipment and supplies.
- Maintain records and files.
- Oversee the office budget.
- Performs other duties as designated by the CFO/COO/CEO.
Qualification:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
- Good understanding of office administration and basic bookkeeping practices.
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
- Work effectively with a wide variety of coworkers and visitors.
- Must be able to prioritize, multi-task and meet deadlines in compliance with internal and external agencies rules and regulation.
- Excellent time management skills to manage one's own time.
- Must uphold strict confidentiality with all agency information and records.
- Assures adherence to policies and procedures.
- Ensure people are treated with dignity and respect.
- A local, valid U.S. driver’s license required.
SHIFT HOURS/DAYS:
This position is full-time, non-exempt, and is classified as essential/on-call. It is located in the Head Office in Brandywine with weekday work hours from 8:30am-4:30pm, Monday through Friday.
