Home Health Care Sales Representative
Location/Hours: Homebase/Mobile, 8:30am-4:30pm Mon-Fri
Compensation: Base Salary $45,000 + Commission

Position Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Health Care Sales Representative to expand our market presence and strengthen referral relationships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in medical sales, health care business development, or senior care marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
•     Develop and maintain strategic relationships with health care providers, physicians, hospitals, and senior living facilities
•     Promote and present home health care services to prospective clients and families
•     Generate qualified leads and achieve sales targets in health care services through proactive outreach
•     Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
•     Provide regular reporting on sales activities, pipeline development, and health care market trends
•        Travel at least 75%
•        Must have a dependable automobile and a clean driving record 

Qualifications
•     Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Health Care Administration, or related field preferred
•     Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in health care, medical services, or senior care industries
•     Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills
•     Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed health care sales goals
•     Knowledge of home health care industry regulations is advantageous
      Must have a dependable automobile and a clean driving record
