We are looking for a candidate to provide assistance to adults with intellectual and other developmental disabilities to obtain competitive employment. This candidate would be expected to utilize assessment, evaluation, development, preparation, and training in his/her work. The ideal candidate will be energetic, business minded, have knowledge of job seeking methods, know how to leverage community involvement and networking contacts, and most importantly, have the belief that everyone can work regardless of ability level.
As a team member, you will do more than provide services; you will build strong, long-lasting relationships while helping EPIC create and support positive change for the people we support.

  • Progressive attitude and flexibility
  • Networking and critical thinking mindset
  • Ability to follow a schedule and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to recognize and handle health and safety concerns
  • A local, valid US driver’s license with no more than 3 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years or any major violations in the last 5 years
  • Willingness to use your personal vehicle on a daily basis (required for this position; reimbursement is provided)
  • Ability to pass skills testing and state and agency mandated training

This position is full-time, non-exempt, and is classified as essential/on-call. It is located throughout Prince George’s County with weekday work hours from 8:30am-4:30pm, Monday through Friday.
