SUMMARY OF POSITION:
We are looking for a Male candidate to help an adult living in the Clinton area learn more about his community. If you love music,dancing,sports and riding horses , then EPIC has the perfect opportunity for you!
The ideal candidate will be should be friendly, patient, caring, assertive, laid back, calm, but actively and creative with providing supports in an environment that minimizes contact with Loud Noises, places with a lot of food  and very large crowds.  

As a team member, you will do more than provide services; you will build strong, long-lasting relationships while helping EPIC create and support positive change for the people we support.

Get started today by meeting the following minimum qualifications:

• Progressive attitude and flexibility
• Ability to follow a schedule and meet deadlines
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to recognize and handle health and safety concerns
• A local, valid US driver’s license with no more than 3 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years or any major violations in the last 5 years
• Willingness to use your personal vehicle on a daily basis (required for this position; reimbursement is provided)
• Ability to pass skills testing and state and agency mandated training

SHIFT HOURS/DAYS:
This position is full-time, non-exempt, and is classified as essential/on-call. It is located in Clinton, hours are 3p-8p.m  Monday through Friday.
