SUMMARY OF POSITION:
We are looking for a candidate to help an adult living in Bowie learn more about his community. If you love music, organizing, playing catch, swimming, and movies then EPIC has the perfect opportunity for you! The ideal candidate will be energetic, patient, caring, and have working knowledge of the Bowie area.

As a team member, you will do more than provide services; you will build strong, long-lasting relationships while helping EPIC create and support positive change for the people we support.

Progressive attitude and flexibility
Ability to follow a schedule and meet deadlines
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to recognize and handle health and safety concerns
A local, valid US driver’s license with no more than 3 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years or any major violations in the last 5 years
Willingness to use your personal vehicle on a daily basis (required for this position; reimbursement is provided)
Ability to pass skills testing and state and agency mandated training

SHIFT HOURS/DAYS:
This position is full-time, non-exempt, and is classified as essential/on-call. This is a community base position with weekday work hours from 8:30am-3:30pm, Monday through Friday.
