Get started today by meeting the following minimum qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Good judgment & problem solving;
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team;
Assists in maintaining a safe and clean environment and have the ability to recognize safety issues;
A local, valid U.S. driver’s license with no more than 3 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years or any major violations in the past 5 years;
Ability to successfully pass mandated training and basic skills tests.

SHIFT HOURS/DAYS:
This position is full-time and classified as Essential/On-Call. It is located in Upper Marlboro, MD with weekend work hours from 7 a.m – 11 p.m, Saturday and Sunday.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/ REQUIREMENTS:

• Possess the patience and temperament to support adults with intellectual challenges.
• Ability to successfully pass COMAR mandated training and basic skills tests
