Provide supportive person-centered care in a variety of care environments including home and community settings.
 
Core Functions:

• Connect  people to fun activities, social groups/gatherings in the community
• Appointment and scheduling
• Teach Independent living skills such as meal preparation, home upkeep etc.
• Engage in the community with activities that would achieve important goals; inclusive of precious family moments and movies.

Get started today by meeting the following minimum qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Good judgment & problem solving;
• A local, valid U.S. driver’s license with no more than 3 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years or any major violations in the past 5 years;
• Use of personal Vehicle is required to transport person supported (Monthly Stipend available).
• Proof of $300,000 liability insurance
