SUMMARY OF POSITION:
We are looking for a female candidate to help an adult living in the Waldorf, MD learn more about her community. If you love to teach independently living skills--especially personal care (hair care, body care, etc.) and various household tasks, then EPIC has the perfect opportunity for you!. Candidate will also need to assist in the coordination of medical appointments and community integration.

Ideal candidate should be: calm, patient, tactful, and compassionate.
As a team member, you will do more than provide services; you will build strong, long-lasting relationships while helping EPIC create and support positive change for the people we support.

• Progressive attitude and flexibility

• Ability to follow a schedule and meet deadlines

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Ability to recognize and handle health and safety concerns

• A local, valid US driver’s license with no more than 3 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years or any major violations in the last 5 years

• Willingness to use your personal vehicle on a daily basis (required for this position; reimbursement is provided)

• Ability to pass skills testing and state and agency mandated training

  SHIFT HOURS/DAYS:
  This position is full-time, non-exempt, and is classified as essential/on-call. It is located in Waldorf, MD, hours varies Monday through Friday.
